Top Leaders Institute Program
A world-class educational training program designed for leadership teams of Alpha Gamma Rho chapters. New chapter officers develop chapter-specific plans that promote long-term success and drive local chapter excellence. Each year, Beta Alpha participates in this vital leadership experience at a significant cost to the chapter. Your contribution helps ensure our students can attend without financial burden.
AGR Recruitment Program
Teaches techniques to recruit the future of Alpha Gamma Rho. Participants dedicate time to develop and refine recruitment techniques, analyzing nationwide trends to develop best practices and recruitment events, maximizing the ability to recruit future leaders to the chapter. Attendees walk away with a recruitment plan of action that uses best practices from other Greek organizations, geared towards Alpha Gamma Rho.
