In an immersive experience, Alumni Association Representatives, Chapter Advisers, Housemothers/House Directors, and incoming Chapter Officers develop chapter-specific plans for long-term success, leading to local chapter excellence. Top Leaders Institute is the flagship program of the Alpha Gamma Rho Local Chapter Excellence initiative, a strategic approach to strengthen the Fraternity through exceptional chapter experiences. The training was held at the Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center on February 2nd & 3rd, 2024.
